The town I’m staying in has only one gym - and the hours are negotiable. In other words, it’s open when the owner wants to open it and closed when he wants to kick off for the day. (Note, other than this, it’s a great place to train).Last Friday, I popped over to the gym at 8pm to hit a workout. Closed. Crap. And I almost went home.But I didn’t want to miss my workout. So I improvised at a local playground. Here’s the workout.Now, I don’t typically workout this way. However, in a pinch, this type of workout is certainly better than nothing.
