EDIT: (Feature this! I’ve finally posted my routine (more like journal notes)and plans online for those of you who asked what I did!)Well as some of you know, a while back I wanted to make my metamorphosis video. (the video of my change) but besides that it wasn’t ready yet what kept me from posting it was the fear I had of coming across the wrong way with it or offending someone. Well thanks for the support guys becuase I’m posting it up. I know what I mean by it. This is for all those who have heard of what I’ve been through and wanted to see it for themselves when I told them I had ways of proving it. This is also for you guys that I’ve been talking and working with when you come to me for advice. Granted I’m no expert. Alot of this was trial and error. I did it the wrong way. I did it the right way. Fast. Slow. Obessive. Relaxed. I’ve discovered the myths and experienced the facts. I’m here if you ever need anything. Please be aware that there is nothing “rated R” but if your easily offended don’t watch it. I prefer it just for those that will take it seriously just like everytime I busted my ass month after month.
